Coaching Philosophy
Motivational and encouraging coaches prepare progressions for the necessary fundamentals and drills for safety and goal completion. On the first day of camp, each camper participates in a goal-setting session with their coaches to individually design their week.
Coaches Continuing Education
One of Lake Owen Camp’s goals is to provide coaches with the opportunity to improve their own coaching skills. Morning and afternoon clinics are scheduled. Coaches are grouped together to share experience and knowledge with one another while instructing in our outstanding facilities.
