Both the Canteen and Skate Shops are favorite spots for campers to spend recreation time. In the Canteen, campers can purchase a variety of snack items, LOC clothing, hats, and water-bottles. We also carry items such as leos, tape, grips and wristbands.
In the Skate Shop, campers can spend time with our pros, watch videos, play games, or just relax. We also sell equipment, including LOC decks and replacement parts.
Campers have an opportunity to place money into an individual camp bank account, so that they do not have to carry cash for purchases in our Canteen or Skate Shop. Your camper will be given a special camp bank ID number during check-in which they will give to our cashier’s to identify themselves. The total of each purchase is then deducted from their account. While our cashiers try to assist campers in making good choices, your camper does have control over his/her own account. Please speak with your camper about the best way to budget their resources. Any money remaining in the camper’s account at the end of the session will be returned to them in cash.
We encourage you to set up your child’s camp bank account prior to arrival by sending in a check or money order with a note designating it for this purpose. You may also establish the account during check-in.
